OBAMA'S SECRETARY OF TREASURY'S PLAN
TO START A "BAD" BANK February 12, 2011 Dear president Barack Obama,
When I heard you're much touted plan by your treasury secretary to solve the financial mess banks and lending institutions
find themselves in, I almost threw up. It is the poorest plan to make the banks richer, I cannot believe why you selected
a Wall Street egghead to lead this country to financial ruin, even more than we find ourselves, thanks to the banks and the
former republican leadership in a previous congress, when they lifted all bank controls. If you didn't see the charade
at the house financial institutions committee yesterday (2-11-11), you know why the public is complaining about the lack of
action for credit and loans by these very banks. They got themselves into this mess with their greed and you must allow
them to reap the loss as well as the profit of their deeds. You and he must be asinine to think you can stick the American
people with the bill by buying up all the bank's bad loans. It is simply outrageous to reward these banks for their
conduct by shifting the responsibility for these loans to the American people. I have heard of raids on the U.S. Treasury
but this plan is the biggest and worst in the last four months.
Everyone knows our country has always
operated in a free enterprise system. People invest every day in business and take the risk of loss along with
the hope for profit. Bank investors do the same thing and have always been prepared for either eventuality. Banks
that have granted loans that have turned bad must, of necessity take the loss, no one else is responsible for their actions,
they took the risk and they must take the loss. We need not "save" banks, simply because there are surpluses
of investors ready to invest in new banks with a clean slate, as we did in the 1930's. I know about a third of the gamblers
in the stock market would be thrilled to own a piece of a new bank. Would you invest your money in that bad bank, your
man proposes? "Put your money where your mouth is"! as the saying goes. These existing banks, who are in trouble, knew the risks when they made
these bad loans they also knew that the FDIC, the U.S. Government, would cover any loss of the depositor's money up to $100,000
dollars. That was their incentive and cop out, when they took big salaries and bonuses and took the high risks in their
quest and greed for more profit. Now, they must take their medicine or lose everything, as it should be. They
did not worry about the banks solvency, only themselves. You will remember the savings bank loan scandal of the 1970's
the U.S. taxpayer will not stand for a repeat bailout of these predator banks, bent on greed alone. If you want to blow your present popularity and ruin the country
at the same time, it is within your power to do so. But be forewarned, this bad loan purchase plan is the dumbest thing
you and treasury can do. Public opinion will damn you for it, and drive you from office. You had better let the
banks fail, and then replace them quickly with new investors. Please think this matter out before it is too late.
If you think I am the fool, advising you in this way, I can assure you, we will find out who the fool is, if you carry out
this ill conceived terrible plan to save banks that deserve to fail under our free enterprise system. If you bail them
out again you will be called upon to save every business and small business person in the U.S. A. who find themselves in financial
trouble and without fault. The choice is yours, not mine... In the end I will still be an old fool who tried to
steer you in the right direction to help save this country, as you must do. If you fail the country will fail.
Step back, take a deep breath and think this problem through do not, in any case, take advice from the very people who caused
this mess. Good luck, always!

One by One, the Middle East Arab Countries
are Breaking the Yoke of Control Without Freedom for its Men Only March 12, 2011
For the last month we have witnessed a swelling cry for freedom in many of the Arab Middle East countries. The last
successful uprising was in Egypt, which forced its dictatorial president Mubarak in power for the last forty years, to resign.
And a provisional government is being formed with freedom for its entire people but not including women. At a recent demonstration by
women seeking equal rights in Egypt, the women were yelled down by the same men of the country who fought and died for their
freedom. Because of their Muslim religious reasons, they feel only men deserve this freedom while women are left veiled
and hidden and deprived as human beings of those same rights their husbands and sons now enjoy, in spite of the women of the
country's support and help.
Unfortunately, this fact, nakedly points out the problem between religions and governments when freedom is sought and enjoyed.
Religion is steeped in history, customs and traditions, but a government should be established for the needs of all the people
to live in freedom with the least controls necessary for the defense and wellbeing of all the people as a whole, including
all men, women and children. If we believe as most of us do, in the God given inalienable right of every person to freedom,
it must out of necessity include everyone otherwise it is not a country of by and for the people, as our constitution states.
Even then women in America had to wait until the passage of the 19th Amendment in 1920, before they were given
the right to vote. Finally, this flaw in our Constitution, probably a deliberate exclusion, was corrected. All
this, in spite of the fact: that the first amendment was passed in order to keep religion out of the operations of our government
while specifically allowing the free exercise thereof, elsewhere in the country. Those of us who can see and read the Muslim Koran
are aware that women are reduced to an inferior position by it, just as women are also treated as second class parishioners
in the catholic and other worldwide religions.
However, these religious beliefs and customs are acceptable in a religion, but cannot be incorporated in a government constitution
simply because everyone in a country may have different religious beliefs or even none as their private choice. Therefore,
religion has no place in government because it does not allow the basic freedom of choice every human being has a right to
be truly free.
It is obvious, that those countries that cling to their religion and allow it as a controlling factor in their government,
usually run by religious heads as in Iran, are doomed to failure because freedom loving people will never be truly free
if a religion is allowed to run their lives.
Really free people should be free run their government, while a government cannot be run by a religion or by religious beliefs,
which run contra to the belief of any of its people. That should always include women without exception.
Just as a freedom loving man cannot be forever held down, women cannot also be forever held down, since they have the very
same right to their freedom also. The union of marriage should always be a partnership and not a submission of the woman
to a man. The love, honor and obey cuts both ways for all persons in a marriage as in a democracy. The people of Egypt have a tough
choice to make soon, but the best choice should be for the freedom of every human being, which necessarily includes women.

President Obama and the Democrat's Plan for
Re-Election, and the Republicans
Plan for Their Defeat at the Polls in 2012 March
4, 2011 Obama's campaign manager, Axelrod, is back in Chicago strategizing
on how best to get Obama re-elected in 2012. The first problem they are confronted with is the money necessary to insure his
win and that of fellow democrats.
Of course, the republicans, backed by big business and rich voters, will have an easy time of it, especially since the results
of the November 2010 congressional election indicate the popularity of the democrats, after only two years in the majority
is plunging to an all time low.
Look at the mess the democrats and Obama made between 2009 and 2010, in two short years, after an already bad economic situation
brought on by President Bush and the republicans between 2000 and 2008. Americans have lost their patience with both
political parties and their political leaders since they need and demand immediate relief now.
It is obvious, that the American people finally realized that Obama and his democrats did nothing but further the damage to
the economy with unemployment, doubling in only two years of Obama's administration. The volume of
real estate foreclosures increased unabatedly; to the point values have dropped as much as fifty percent preventing the construction
industry. Which is 25% of the unemployed, from building and competing with construction costs twice the price of a foreclosed
home?
The 2010 replacement of the democratic majority in the house with republicans has fallen on deaf ears. Instead, the
republicans in congress have acted like they were given a carte blanch, when in fact they were given a message, a chance
to do what the democrats failed to do in their two years.
It seems
the republicans have used their first two months in office undoing the Obama health care law and seemingly attacking the deficit
spending budget and 14 trillion dollar debt, when in fact their efforts have been timid and weak. In the meantime no
one has put forth any plan to help the economy and unemployment even though they all know that is what the American people
want and need to put this country on the right track economically. With unemployment remaining at 10%, it is clear that
the republicans are only interested in working to defeat Obama in 2012, while keeping the economy down and unemployment up
and blaming Obama for the result. This is a cruel plan, which hurts the economy and unemployment and results in the
loss of revenue for cities, states and the government to balance their budgets and now are cutting back on services, employees
and benefits. Everyone in the country loses as a result, except the republican politicians and party, they think. The truth is that
the republicans will suffer the same fate as the democrats, if they do nothing to help put those 15 million Americans back
to work.
Getting the tax cut for the rich extended for two years will not put one American back to work since the 15 million Americans
lost their jobs while that tax cut was in effect.
There is no question that the American people have lost faith in Obama because of the promises he made and did not keep.
If the republicans fail to help the economy in the remaining period of 22 months, they will certainly suffer the same fate
the democrats did in 2010, of course Obama and the democrats are banking on the boomerang effect in 2012 and that is why they
are doing nothing but blaming the republicans for the Washington stalemate and they hope to return their majority,
then all this strategizing forgets one thing, the will of the American people to get it right on the third try. By 2012, if the economy
does not improve significantly, both political parties and their members will be held in such disdain that the American people
are bound to find enough popular independent, non political Americans amongst our 300 million people to finally turn the tide
of sameness stalemates in Washington to replace those shameless, do nothing, money greedy politicians with new faces, uncontrolled
by either political party or the, money laden lobbyists.
Each political party expects to raise a billion dollars for this 2012 election campaign. However, this election will
not be decided by the party or candidates who spend the most money. It will be decided by the popularity of those independent
candidates the American people will turn to, in desperation and disgust with the present failed political office holders of
both parties. Votes, not money win elections, each of these campaigns will be funded on the backs of the American people,
already hurting and overburdened from the prices of health care and drugs and oil which is climbing daily to $4.00 (four)
dollars a gallon and higher, uncontrolled, by our politicians. All this money comes from you, the American people, through
the high pegged prices of health care, drug and oil companies, while our politicians get their share, in the form of campaign
contributions a million dollars a year to each congressman.

Thanks be to God for our Savior, Obama
January 30, 2011 Dear most reverend savior, president Obama: On behalf of the fifteen million unemployed workers in America,
I want to expressed our thanks and gratitude to you for making a deal with the republicans to extend their tax break for the
rich, for two more years, at a cost of 700 billion dollars to the American taxpayers in return for the one year extension
of our unemployment benefits. This extension will give us a total of 99 weeks of benefits
for some of us, while the rest, can continue to receive food stamps and Medicaid without even looking for a job. At first, I was upset when Frank Perdue laid
us Americans off when we tried to unionize our chicken plant and replace us with illegal's from Mexico who work too hard and
made us look bad. But now I am happily unemployed.
I don't know
what all that fuss was about health care because, when I was working my cheap bastard employer would not provide us with medical
coverage and it was most difficult for us to cover the cost of medical help on our meager pay, plucking chicken feathers at
Frank Perdue's chicken farm in Arkansas. Now we have free Medicaid and free medicine and free
care at any hospital, 24 hours a day. When I added up the total of benefits from unemployment, food stamps and Medicaid,
plus the money from a couple of days work "under the table," I am making more now than I was working
five days a week at my regular job. When you add the cost of gasoline and wear and tear on my new Ford, bought under
your cash for clunkers trade in plan figure we are saving more money than we can spend if I was employed. Now I can sleep until noon five days a weekend then watch you on TV, the rest of the
day while we have our food delivered to our door from, "meals on wheels," already cooked and ready to
eat. For the rest of the meals we visit the local food pantries for free food and church suppers. My only complaint
is that they don't deliver. Suddenly, we have learned to "work the system" like the lazy poor who are masters
at it. Who needs a job now, not me, I am happy the way things are and I have you to thank for this sudden bonanza. I
even worked a deal with the clerk at the super market to let me slip a case of beer or a bottle of wine past the checkout
marked as a turkey, so my food stamps will cover it. I don't need to worry about paying the mortgage on my home
anymore since it is now worth less than the mortgage and my free lawyer from the ACLU has been fighting the bank fore- closure
in court for two years now, claiming, "Fraud in the document", whatever that means. For the last ten years
we had been refinancing our mortgage to buy a second new car for my wife and a down payment on our second home at the beach.
Every time the interest rate went down, the bank would call and offer to refinance the mortgage because values were going
up every week. In ten years, the value of our home went up from $100,000 to $200,000. The bank has been very generous to us,
because we only put 3% down or $3000 on the house, we borrowed from our parents in the first place and in five years we took
out $200,000. Which we spent on a new boat three new cars, and yearly vacations for our family to Europe, new furniture,
MP3 players, iPods, a 54 inch flat TV screen plus plenty of toys, cell phones and computers for our three kids. I could
not believe the bank would be so generous with us, but the treasurer at the bank said my steady plucking job was good for
my credit. Eventfully, we may lose
our home, but that may be another Godsend since I plan to have the "homes for humanity" group, build us a new home
free for our growing family. We are hoping the stupid, greedy credit card companies will send us another
credit card soon, because ours is maxed out, when that one is maxed and we are unable to get another, we plan to have that
ACLU lawyer file bankruptcy for us so we can shed all our debts and start anew in the good ole American way. This is the life, now, I don't even need to pay the mortgage and just look at the money
we are saving. Who needs a job with this sweet deal? I plan to stay unemployed, I'm happier than ever, not having
to worry about paying bills I don't need to pay anymore. We owe it all to you, because you know how to help us poor
middle class people. By making the economy worse you have helped us more. Please keep up the bad things you have
been doing making things worse, because thanks to you everything is better for us. Enclosed herein you will find a fat
contribution to your re-election in 2012. With all us unemployed people voting for you, and that "do nothing congress"
you are all sure to be re-elected, so we all can enjoy our unemployment benefits year after year into the future, never without
end, Amen. Yesterday, I consulted
with a former Acorn member, who claimed he knew all the angles. He told me I should continue to see a doctor and complain
about my shortness of breath caused from the dust in the chicken plant (I think it was actually caused from smoking tobacco,
since I was twelve). That I had a good case under workman's compensation and when,"you suck all the blood out of
that claim, you can always have a sharp lawyer to get you on social security disability", for the rest of your life.
"And with all those kids and dependents you will be richer than ever", oh what a great country we have and it is
all there for the picking, free like fruit from your neighbor's tree.
When I think back and remember how
our parents worked so hard to get ahead and provide for us children with a strong work ethic and frugal living, I think they
were stupid and fools to sacricifice so much for us and the country, when this is really a free country with everything free
if you only learn to play the game as a sick or unemployed person. The great circus mogul, P. T. Barnum, was right when
he said, "There is a sucker born every minute of the day", don't be one of them. Post script: You don't need to worry about the republican candidates for
president or congress, if they promise to help the economy and put the unemployed back to work, they will surely lose, since
they will certainly upset our full free apple cart and interfere with our good fortune being unemployed and forever happy. Don't worry about us if the gasoline prices go up
to five dollars a gallon, because of the freedom fighters in the Middle East. While we are on Medicaid, the cities and
towns must pay for our taxi transportation to and from our necessary appointments. When that happens, I plan on selling
our cars and spend some time at Vegas, gambling, or playing the stock market or playing the lottery. I am yours in eternal gratitude and your friend
forever.
